The reality is sobering: Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is the #1 killer worldwide. In the U.S., 1,000 people experience SCA every day, but only 10% survive. That’s just 100 out of 1,000 lives saved. With every passing minute during SCA, the chance of survival drops by 10%, leaving just a critical 10-minute window to act. Additionally, trauma is the leading cause of death for individuals under 40, with severe bleeding capable of taking a life in just 2-5 minutes. Yet, the average EMS response time is 8-12 minutes—a delay that often makes the difference between life and death. Our mission is to bridge the gap between an emergency and the arrival of EMS.
